Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Kor Solutions ("we", "us") about the Ferox game. By signing in to Ferox, you accept them. If you don't accept them, don't use Ferox.
Who can play
You must be at least 13, and old enough in your country to accept these terms or have a parent's or guardian's permission.
Your account
You sign in with Apple or Google. Keep that account secure: you're responsible for what happens on your Ferox account. You can delete it at any time in the game (Town › Settings › Delete account).
Rules of conduct
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive players. Don't post chat messages, or create guild names, tags or notices, that:
- are hateful, harassing, threatening or discriminatory;
- are sexual, obscene or graphically violent;
- share anyone's personal information;
- are spam, scams or advertising;
- impersonate someone else or break the law.
Don't cheat, exploit bugs, use bots or automation, or interfere with the game or other players. Don't buy, sell or trade accounts or gold outside the game.
Moderation
We filter offensive words automatically. In the game you can report a chat message (hold it) or a guild (on its page), and block a player so you no longer see their messages. We review reports within 24 hours. We may remove content, rename or disband guilds, and suspend or delete accounts that break these terms.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you write. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, show and remove it so we can run the game.
Gold and items
Gold, items and everything else you get in the game are a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use them in Ferox. They have no value outside the game and can't be exchanged for money. Gold bought for real money is sold through the App Store or Google Play, under their terms and refund policies. Except where the law says otherwise, purchases are final. We may change the game's balance, items and prices.
The game
Ferox is an online game and needs an internet connection. We work to keep it running, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, pause or end the game; if we end it, we'll give notice in the game where we can.
Our property
Ferox and its art, text and code belong to us or our licensors. Third-party credits are in the game under Settings › Credits.
Disclaimers and liability
Ferox is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.
Apple
If you got Ferox from the App Store: these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for Ferox or its content, has no duty to provide support or maintenance for it, and isn't responsible for any claims about it. Apple and its subsidiaries may enforce these terms as third-party beneficiaries.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and tell you in the game about important changes. Playing after a change means you accept it.
