Delete your Ferox account

In the game

Go to Town › Settings › Delete account and confirm. Your account is deleted right away.

Without the game

Email contact@korsolutions.net with the subject "Delete my Ferox account". Include the email address of the Apple or Google account you sign in with, and your name in the game if you know it. We'll delete the account within 7 days and reply when it's done.

What's deleted

• Your account: your name, email address, sign-in links and sessions.
• Your hero: level, gold, items, fights, quests and leaderboard places.
• Your guild membership. A guild you lead passes to its longest-serving officer or member, or disbands if you were the last one.
• Your chat messages, the reports you filed and the players you blocked.
• Our records of your gold purchases.

We keep nothing from a deleted account. Copies in our hosting provider's backups expire within 30 days. Apple and Google keep their own records of your purchases. Deleting your account doesn't refund gold you bought.
